Site Survey: We assess your cistern/tinaco configuration, determine which sensor technology is optimal, identify the best mounting position, and verify Wi-Fi coverage at the installation point.
Physical Installation: Mounting the sensor, routing cables, connecting power, and securing the controller enclosure in a protected location.
Software Setup: Connecting to your Wi-Fi network, creating your cloud dashboard account, configuring your cistern dimensions for accurate volume calculation, and setting alert thresholds (low level, leak detection, delivery logging).
Verification: We fill and drain a known quantity to verify measurement accuracy, confirm data is reaching the dashboard, and trigger a test alert to your phone.
You leave the appointment with a working sensor and a dashboard showing your real-time water level.
