These services are operated from Mexico. The authoritative version of these Terms is the Términos de Servicio in Spanish, which governs in the event of any conflict.

1. Acceptance

By accessing miraqua.mx or using any MirAqua services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

MirAqua provides water management services in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, México, including:

• Pipa (water truck) delivery — scheduled and on-demand
• Professional cistern and tinaco cleaning
• Smart water level sensor installation and monitoring
• Water quality testing
• Pool maintenance and salt chlorine generator installation
• Water pump maintenance
• MirAqua Academy — online pool technician training portal
• Free tools: water diagnostic, water plan builder

3. Quotes and Booking

Prices shown on the site are indicative ("From $X MXN") and may vary based on location, system condition, volume, and service scope. A service is considered booked upon written confirmation (WhatsApp, email, or SMS) between you and a MirAqua representative. All prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice incur no charge.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours may be subject to a 30% charge to cover travel costs.
• MirAqua may reschedule due to weather, force majeure, or circumstances outside our control at no cost to you.

5. Learning Portal

Access to the MirAqua Academy Learning Portal is personal and non-transferable. Portal content (lessons, diagrams, assessments) is MirAqua's intellectual property. Training certificates issued by MirAqua are internal training documents. Official STPS DC-3 certificates require formal registration of MirAqua as an authorized STPS training provider, which is in process.

6. Informational Content

Articles and guides on miraqua.mx are for educational purposes and do not constitute professional, legal, or public health advice. MirAqua is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of informational content on the site.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content — text, images, logos, diagrams, interactive tools, and learning materials — is owned by MirAqua or properly licensed. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of México. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the municipality of Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.
